Rental Policies
- Each rental period lasts 14 calendar days, starting from the date of pickup.
- Extensions may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- If a game is not returned within 10 days after the due date, it may be considered lost, and you may be charged the full retail replacement cost.
- Local Pickup: After order is placed, you will be contacted via email with the exact pick up address and additional details including when your order can be picked up.
- Games are usually available within 24 hours and must be picked up within 3 days or the order may be canceled.
